As Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your unit, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of medical, physical, and emotional support in a safe and dignified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and supervise your care team to deliver outstanding care
Delegate tasks effectively using a supportive and collaborative approach
Ensure residents’ individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism
Manage admissions and support new residents during their transition
Conduct physical and psychological risk assessments and create tailored care plans
Work closely with the senior leadership team to continuously improve services
Oversee safe administration of medication
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for residents and staff

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and positive working relationships
Good organisational and IT skills
