About the Role
This is a community-based homecare role, where you will travel between clients’ homes throughout your shift, delivering tailored care and support.
You’ll work independently or as part of a two-person team, depending on each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
Delivering personal care respectfully and professionally
Supporting with medication administration
Assisting with meal preparation and nutritional needs
Providing companionship and emotional support
Travelling between scheduled visits during your shift
Supporting individuals with a range of care needs, including complex and end-of-life care

Shift Patterns & Flexibility

What You’ll Need
Essential:
Right to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
Desirable:
At least 3 months’ paid UK care experience
